• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an extra layer of protection.

Cili44 shall not be liable for any financial loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to a Member's account resulting from the Member's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

8Account Closure & Suspension

Cili44 reserves the right to suspend or close any account for the following reasons without prior notice:

• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity.
• Inability to verify a Member's identity or age through the KYC process.
• Requests from the relevant authorities.
• Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months.

Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the cili44 support team via live chat. Any valid cash balance (excluding bonuses that have not met the rollover requirements) will be returned to the Member via the original payment method within 5 business days.
